I present the interior design in the form of 3D visualisation both online. Standard visualization quality allows me to deliver designs with a rich selection of overall variants, partial options and almost unlimited views. It allows for quick incorporation of changes, saves money, while still corresponding to the resulting realizations (see comparison of realizations versus visualizations). Before After. Level of cooperation
The level of cooperation determines how much time will need to be devoted to the design, which directly determines the price of the design. It all starts with the interior design. Then the client determines whether the cooperation needs to be expanded or not. I give the opportunity to choose to organize the cooperation according to real needs and financial possibilities. How is the interior design process?
Input information

Price offer
Based on the input data and an estimate of the complexity of the work, I will prepare a price quote. The price for the design within the agreed scope is then fixed and final. However, it can be further expanded as needed and for an additional fee. After the price is approved and the deposit is paid, I start working on the design.

Locally, a detailed inspection is the next step. For online design, an email (with a questionnaire) or a call. This is where I find out all the connections related to the interior and this time we will discuss the requirements, preferences, the normal functioning of the family, or limits in greater detail. And maybe we will delve into the psychological corners that have a significant impact on the motivation to change the interior (as Steve Jobs said, to create what people don't even know they want yet).
Creating
After the tour the actual work begins for me, i.e. still not the creation:). First of all, the whole space needs to be "loaded" into the program. Then insert the elements and equipment that the client wishes to keep. Then do a search for suitable and stimulating options on the market that fit into the intended interior design concept.
The most creative part of the interior design comes next, i.e. the exploration of space and the mutual interaction of the individual parts of the equipment as well as the functioning of the whole with specific light-technical data, maintaining the necessary ergonomics and organization of movement, storage and other functions. After this practical-creative part comes the phase of processing into usable output materials. The whole process of the initial design normally takes 2 weeks for an individual space and 3-4 weeks for an apartment or house.
Presentation and submission of the proposal
During a personal or online presentation, I will present the interior design in live animation in all the variants that we will go through together. It is up to the client whether they are so sure about one of the variants that we can start modifying it right away or whether they need time to think about and choose the final variant themselves in the peace of their own home. The presentation accordingly lasts about 1-3 hours, depending on any modifications on site.
After the presentation, I upload all created static materials by email in case of online design or locally on a stylish usb in a gift box.
Fine-tuning the design
After the presentation of the design, payment of the price for the design and further consideration, we then jointly debug the selected variant electronically until the client's complete satisfaction. With the interior design, everyone also gets the opportunity to additionally tune the interior parts as required. This means that even with the passage of time, e.g. in the event of a postponement of the construction date or if in the meantime the client is approached by other furnishings or materials, these can be promptly incorporated into the visualisation to determine how they work in the originally given context.

The drawing documentation is supplemented with all dimensioned sections, detailed dimensioning of assembled furniture parts or drawings of custom-made furniture, placement of lighting fixtures, suspended ceilings, and tiling. I am giving this option separately, because not everyone requires time-consuming and financially demanding documentation. The design itself is so elaborate that it is usually sufficient for its own implementation. This leaves the client with some freedom in implementation, as well as money in their wallet.e :),
Pre/selection of equipment
Personal collection of goods to save the client's time. In this case, it is the designer who invests his time, goes around and selects the equipment, which is then approved by the client. It concerns multiple or systematic selection of either only agreed equipment or across the entire spectrum of equipment in the sense of "investor approves what designer is searching for".
Shopping assistance
Guide you through the shops when choosing furniture, tiles, flooring, textiles, paints or decorations. The scope depends on the needs, possibilities and requirements of the client, the interior, the current market situation, but mainly on the client's decision. It can be a one-off or occasional assistance in the selection of specific equipment that seems to be problematic, or even a sudden solution to a crisis situation. It can also be multiple or systematic assistance across the whole spectrum of equipment. Intermittent on-demand supervision according to the client's current needs or system supervision throughout the implementation. Resolution of arising or crisis situations both at the point of implementation or at the suppliers. Checking compliance between design and implementation. Implementation cooperation
Full system cooperation in implementation. Preparation of implementation documents, assignments, documentation and drawings for pre/selection of contractors, communication with contractors, resolution of partial and overall implementation situations at the place of implementation or at the contractor, control of the progress of work during the entire implementation or a selected part of it.
