Brick summer kitchen design (online) for a comfortable life in the garden not only during the pandemic. Design of concrete decorative plaster for easier maintenance and uniform appearance with the floor. The whole is tuned in grey shades so that only the wood on the brickwork stands out. Making the wood stand out also reinforces the impact of the rear facing kitchen. The horizontal orientation of the wood visually stops the long space (a vertical one would, on the contrary, pull it further) .The rear part of the back room with the toilet accessed from the outside is clad in stone cladding identical to that of the house, so as to create a visual link between the two buildings and also to add "pizzazz" (a plain wall would be bland). I proposed to situate the ladder room to the side in the rearmost year to the folding door, so that the central space would remain low and undisturbed by the bulky ladder room.
