The owners decided to roof the area behind the holiday cottages and turn it into a combination of wellness and social area with barbecue facilities for their clients. The original proposal with a direct partition did not seem to me to be the best solution because of the direct view into the wellness area. I placed the hot tub in such a way that it overlooks the surrounding nature, on the other hand the high sauna can be in the very interior of the space. Instead of loungers, which tend to get "thrown around", I proposed to build the hot tub with steps with integrated loungers, where you just need to change the seats. The adjacent stone wall and floor gave the whole space the best possible wellness base.
As for the grill area, owners have also been given several possible layout variations from minimum seating to maximum possible. As the barbecue area backs onto the road, I used large cochleas with thuja trees to provide privacy, but these can still be moved as needed.
