Shop Fresh Market | Shop Dun.Lužná | Meeting room | Facades
The most important element of the store design was the integration of the original large-capacity apple crates. For one thing, customers were used to these crates. But more importantly, their retention increased the overall efficiency of the apple operation. Constantly reloading apples into small crates would have been time, energy and staff intensive. Therefore, the incorporation of storage crates minimises the need for transhipment. The customer can conveniently retrieve apples from the front of the crate. Above the back is an already custom-designed rack that is sloped for good visibility of the apples and better reach, which we tested in real life. The forklift handling of the crates in the sales area was also trialled. Last but not least, the overall unified look of the store was also important. The cooperation was based on a previous cooperation in a shop in Fresh Marquette, facades at first. meeting rooms of the company's headquarters.
Maximising the sales area with an angled solution
This option was created in an attempt to maximize the sales area, I "stretched" it to the area of the leeward area, which would be closed. Closing the "lee" and moving the main door "out" would at the same time "delay" the cold entrance, which until then had made it difficult to work in the nearby cash desk.

The passageway to the store room is equipped with a wall-mounted assembly where staff can store various auxiliary supplies and also store their personal belongings. The front whiteboard area would be used for staff, storekeepers and management messages. In addition to the shelving, podiums are also designed for juices, juice, baskets as well as stock merchandise.
