The wild autumn colours of the kitchen had to be muted by the neutral living room. The social space of the generous apartment was largely swallowed up by the large kitchen. So it was a challenge to arrange the not-so-small living room to provide space for the whole large family. Muting the colours, but at the same time building on the colourful kitchen. Not to take up space, but also to create storage space Coping with a short living wall, plus a door to the bedroom.

Ďaleko od sedenia​ táto zostava nezaťažuje sediacich napriek tomu, že poskytuje potrebné úložisko. Je vyskladaná z dielov Ikea, doplnená o stolárom vyrobe​nú vitrínu a praktické hlboké šuflíky.

Both the wall and the furniture are in one colour tone. The slats serve to visually emphasize the living room wall, which is too short because of the door.

Despite the physical division, both parts of the wall have the same deep cabinets for storing things. The wooden design of the display case corresponds symmetrically with the opposing wooden slats. These are used cosmetically if only to visually extend the short TV wall, in the otherwise unused space behind the patio doors.

Everything is set up so that lots of kids can do homework at the big table or draw on the coffee table with storage space for creative supplies. Both the coffee table and the tall wall cabinets are taller so that additional stools or rattan seat cushions can slide underneath both. These additional seating options also go some way to compensate for the lack of full sofa seating and allow the family to be together. There is also another small place for the little ones to sit on the cabinet by the display cabinet.
