Design and implementation of complete interior furnishing of a two-room apartment for rent based on the design below. The entire interior furnishing, including kitchen, appliances and wardrobes, was arranged for only 5500 € down to the last decoration, using the investor's original sofa. From a total of three colour schemes, a colour-neutral option was finally implemented.
Living room in the sign of nature

The interior began to be designed from paper. The owner's request was for a natural eco interior in green shades. However, when taking over the apartment, it turned out that the sun shades in yellow and blue were put on the apartment, which in combination with the originally planned green would have created an unwanted carnival of colours. So the design had to be colour-coded. As one of the screens was yellow, it was sensible to bring this yellow to the interior as well, thus linking the interior to the exterior. Out of harmony, this would visually "pull" the living room to the outside. However, as this yellow was too sharp and dominant, it had to be neutralised, for which the now modern grey colour of the walls was a perfect match. Since the investor finally decided to keep the white walls, it was necessary to redesign the furnishings of the apartment in a purely natural and white design. All the furnishings were configured to the last decoration in the system so that on D-Day, Ikea would complete, deliver and install the entire van.
Loggia behind the yellow screens
Simple, convenient and maintenance-free loggia furnishings to promote efficient lettings. For this purpose, artificial plants are used to complete the overall impression.
