A nice ground floor apartment with a front garden in a townhouse was designed as a compact mix of modernity and naturally-toned materials in the Scandinavian style. I brought the recessed niche to the fore with wooden paneling in the same decor as the floor, which also optically enlarges the living room. The diverse front wall is unified by a continuous strip of low furniture. The whole is unified by a grayish paint and closed by grayish panel curtains, which variably block the view from the street. All the furniture in the apartment, except for the sofa and dining room, was designed and made to measure.
